Ingredients:
- 500 grams lamb, cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- Salt, to taste
- Coriander leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat ghee in a pan and add the chopped onion. Saute until the onion is translucent.
- Add the garlic and ginger paste, and cook for a minute.
- Add the lamb pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
- Add the turmeric, cumin, coriander, paprika, and garam masala. Mix well.
- Add the tomato puree and stir until everything is combined.
- Cover the pan and let the lamb cook for 30-40 minutes on low heat, until it is tender.
- Add the yogurt and salt to taste. Mix well and let it cook for another 5-10 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
