Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil, for frying
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt.
- Mix well and shape the mixture into small patties.
- Coat the patties in breadcrumbs and place them on a plate.
- Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the patties and fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Drain excess oil on a paper towel.
- Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
